Coursebox AI Dashboard
In collaboration with the Academy Xi project team, I redesigned the user experience and dashboard interface for Coursebox.ai, significantly enhancing how administrators track student engagement and how learners navigate their courses. This project included conducting user research, mapping complex information architecture, creating a modern design system, and building high-fidelity Figma prototypes featuring AI-driven reporting capabilities. Additionally, I conducted usability and A/B testing across key user roles (Super Admins, Student Admins, and Learners) to validate widget layout and reporting flows. As a result, the redesigned dashboard delivered a streamlined, data-driven experience that simplified analytics and reduced navigation friction across both admin and learner journeys.
